You’re not just getting a phenomenal workout--you’re also learning one of the most famous styles of kung fu practiced around the world!  Jow Ga Kung Fu system precisely incorporates elements from 3 Kung Fu systems (Hung Ga, Choy Ga, Bak Siu Lum), creating just the right combination of fluidity, speed, and devastating stopping power. 


Safety is one our greatest priorities.  Instructors are dedicated to providing the best instruction in a safe and family-friendly environment.
We avoid the superficial and teach the essentials, and our philosophy centers around making sure that you learn the correct technique.  We give every student personalized instruction and advice to ensure that they get the most out of their training. No prior experience is required—our teaching style caters to your comfort level.


The class curriculum is specifically designed to enhance one’s self-defense and basic survival skills.  The greatest aspect about Jow Ga Kung Fu is that there is so much to offer!  If you like competitive sport fighting, you will learn full contact San Shou techniques to take down opponents with minimal effort.  Those who are passionate about Chinese culture can participate in traditional Chinese lion and dances or take part in instrumentals.  Others may enjoy the philosophy and artistry of Jow Ga by practicing the intricate forms passed down from generation to generation for over a century. There are over 100 forms including short and long empty hand movements, animal techniques, and an extensive range of traditional Chinese weaponry.  When it comes to your training, Jow Ga incorporates modern and traditional fitness exercises and explosive strength training to enhance flexibility, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, agility, and strength.

Jow Ga Kung Fu is unique because there is no hierarchal belt system, therefore, there are no testing and no hidden fees.  Each student progresses at their own pace—reflecting on the amount of training and practice one dedicates.  We encourage students to practice as much as possible, thus facilities are open past class hours for additional training and assistance from instructors.  Membership allows you to participate in many other classes such as the Jow Ga Kung Fu Demonstration Team or San Shou (full contact sparring) Team. Lastly, joining will allow you to access our multiple locations at no extra cost.
