New Tai Chi Classes are forming now. Tai Chi classes start January 4 at 6:00 pm. Sign up now and receive a special rate at $125.00 for 3 months. Classes are one hour long once a week and last for 3 months. Training locations and class schedules can be veiwed here. Please contact us for questions concerning classes.

New Chinese Language classes forming in Virginia Beach Location. Separate classes for both Cantonese and Manderin available. Classes will be starting in January 2004. Class times are to be determined.

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11am or 6-7pm. Late registration is accepted, so if you miss the start date you can still sign up. Sign up now and receive special price for three months for $125. (Regular Price is $200) Call 757-463-8888 for more information.

Congratulations to the competitors of the Taiji Legacy Tournament in Dallas Texas. Jow Ga had 6 competitors and took home 16 gold medals and one silver. Ms. Tammy Lee won 4 gold medals and the grand champion. BJ was voted Best San Shou Fighter. Congratulations Team!!
