Sign up now for Saturday San Shou/Kick Boxing classes. Classes start at 12:00 noon time on Saturdays. Classes are also forming for Monday and Wednesday sessions. Call now to register for San Shou classes.
Monday, March 31st, We will be taking class pictures at 7:00pm at the Newport News Location. All Students are encouraged to attend. Past students are also welcomed.
The 2008 Chinese New Year Demonstration Schedules has been posted. Chinese New Year 2008. Come out and help us celebrate Chinese New Year. Visit many of your favorite restaurants or other business that we will be attending this year. Call 757-463-8888 to inquire about performing a demonstration.
Come celebrate Jow Ga's 9th Annual Lock In Jan. 19th starting at 6:00p.m. Party is open to all current and past students, family, and friends. Affiliate branches are also welcome to come join in the fun. Plenty of food, games and prizes all night long at the lock in. Parents can participate or just have a relaxing night off. Sign up during class hours or contact us to RSVP. Cost is $5 for food and bring a dish if you like (not necessary). As always we will be having the Jow Ga Olympics.
The class schedule is changing at the Newport News location. The adult class will move to 7:00-8:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays starting the 2nd of January. Also, there will be no more Tai Chi Classes at the Newport News location starting the beginning of the year.
The Newport News location will be closed December 24th and December 31st, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. The Virginia Beach location will be closed on December 25th and January 1st, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
